I am 26 years old, from The Pantanal, Mato Grosso do Sul, Brazil. I’m also the drummer for Sub Rosa; an international sweetheart; and a passionless debutante.

MY SHOW:
My show is basically me talking in a posh voice about embarrassing things that have happened to me, my thoughts on these things and parodies that can be drawn between these things and the news of the world. These ramblings are accompanied by tenuous links to inappropriate music from breakbeat, dance, electro, minimal, house, techno, punk, indie, blues, soul, rock, country, bluegrass, pop, funk, new wave and everything inbetween. I work on the premise that all genres have something good and credible to offer and I aim to search it out and bring it to you. From Brazilian electro pop like Bonde DO Role to country blues like Ry Cooder, from breakbeat legends like Stanton Warriors and Plump DJs to punk icons like the Ramones I will bring death to your speakers. Expect all kinds of guests, a complete lack of consistency in music styles and in my own accent, features such as ‘my mum’s song of the week’, ‘retro renegade’ and ‘word of the week’ as well as a lot of pioneering for new bands and promoting of the only events you need to know about. Also expect the cutest pics with every show!

• Who are we? Less Common More Sense is your best friend. If you’re hoping to get your work out there and published, then look no further.
• What are we? Less Common More Sense is University of the Arts London’s official student media brand. It includes the award-winning magazine, this website and a host of events throughout the year.
• Why do we exist? To promote you! The one and only purpose of LCMS is to showcase the great work of UAL’s students and alumni.
• Where can I find the magazine? At every UAL campus. Full details of exact locations to come closer to publication.
• When can I get a copy? The next issue will be out at the beginning of the second term (January, 2011). There are only 2,000 copies and 26,000 of you, so you have to be quick!
• How can I be a part of this? Submissions for the next issue, the Time/Space Issue, are now open. So if you have anything you think is worthy of LCMS then submit it under our Contribute section.
